When is Marlow Tastes 2025?
Your Marlow Tastes adventure takes place on Tuesday 22 April 2025 between 6pm and about 10.30pm.
How does the evening unfold?
At 6pm your booking group will check in at All Saints Church near the Marlow bridge then join fellow guests for drink and canapés at a welcome reception.
Your gastronomic journey around three of Marlow’s participating restaurants will start at 6.45pm when our friendly Rotary helpers will be guiding you along the High Street to your first restaurant. You will have already chosen your menu for the evening, so your starter will be ready for you shortly after you arrive.
At 8pm your guide will take your booking group and some of your fellow diners to your second restaurant where your main course awaits.
You will leave at 9.30pm for your final restaurant where you will enjoy dessert and coffee.
All restaurants are close to Marlow High Street. Fifteen minutes is scheduled between each course so you can comfortably walk to your next restaurant with Marlow Tastes guides leading your booking group and fellow diners.
Rotary hosts will welcome you on arrival at each restaurant and show you to your allocated table.
How many places will be available?
All together our eight participating restaurants have the capacity to seat around 400 guests. However we advise you to book as soon as possible after 8 January as Marlow Tastes 2023 and 2024 were both sell out events.
You can book for a group of two, four or six (the logistics of moving guests after each course means that bookings must be for even numbers). Your Booking Group will sit together and eat at the same restaurants during the evening.
If you wish to join another Booking Group, let us know and we will do our best to allocate both groups (up to 12 guests in total) to the same restaurants. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that both Booking Groups will be able to sit at the same table.
Which restaurants will I visit?
Find out more about our eight participating restaurants, but you will not know which three of these you will be visiting until you arrive. It will be a surprise!!!
How much will it cost? What is included in the price?
The ticket cost which includes a welcome drink and canapes, a three-course meal inclusive of coffee and service, plus some other amazing benefits is just £75 per person.
If you wish to visit our participating restaurants after the event, then they have all agreed to exclusively offer Marlow Tastes 2025 guests a 10% discount on a future meal for two (terms and conditions apply).
We will be selling raffle tickets at the reception and during the starter course. Last year over 50 prizes valued at more than £2,500 were drawn and presented during the desert course. This year we hope to offer even more prizes, so keep an eye on all the prizes in the run up to the event to see our growing and prestigious prize list.
And as you would expect, to support this charity event you will have the opportunity when you book (and also during the evening) to make further donations to our deserving causes.If you are a UK tax payer, make sure you allow us to add Gift Aid to your donation – this enables Marlow Tastes 2025 to claim a further 25% from the taxman!
What food choices will I have?
Soon after the final booking date on Tuesday 11 March – or earlier if we are fully booked – we will email every guest with three menu options for each of their three courses.
First courses will include at least one vegetarian option, and second courses will have meat, fish, and vegetarian options.
All menu options will have a detailed description and include relevant allergen details, so you can make choices that best meet your particular dietary needs.
What if I have to cancel?
You will appreciate that an event like Marlow Tastes 2025 requires a lot of planning – that is why our final booking date is well before the big day.
If after booking, but before the final booking date, you are unable to attend Marlow Tastes 2025, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to swap your ticket if you can offer a replacement guest; alternatively if we have a waiting list we may be able to resell it. In this case, to cover booking fees, we be only able to refund 90% of your ticket cost.
After the final booking date of Tuesday 11 March we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund if you cannot attend.

How much of my payment will go to charity?
Our biggest costs are the reception food and drink and your service inclusive restaurant meal. Additionally, we have overheads – mainly printing and booking fees. All our guides, hosts and other helpers are volunteers and therefore not paid.
After that, all the surplus proceeds from Marlow Tastes 2025, including sponsorship, donations, Gift Aid, and raffle proceeds go to our two lead charities as well as a wide range of other largely local charitable causes.
We will publish details of our planned charitable distributions as soon as possible after the event has taken place. But as a guide, Marlow Tastes 2024 raised £15,000 for charitable causes.

How safe will Marlow Tastes 2025 be?
Very safe we hope! The Rotary Club of Marlow Thames is very experienced at organising large events with many of its members having previously worked in safety focused businesses.
But as with all the public events we organise, we ask you to think carefully about your own safety and the safety of those around you.
Marlow Tastes 2025 is a gastro event that takes place at a reception venue, in participating restaurants, and outdoors in the streets of Marlow. We therefore ask you to consider:
- in selecting your menu choices, have you checked for possible allergens?
- are you comfortable meeting fellow diners in close proximity, especially indoors at the reception venue and at each restaurant you visit?
- are you able to safely walk for around 15 minutes between venues, possibly in inclement weather, and safely cross the road?
How do I book?
First, get a group of friends or family to make up your Booking Group. A Booking Group can comprise either 2, 4 or 6 persons (no odd numbers, please!). For each, you will need their name, email address and phone number as well as any mobility restrictions or dietary issues.
After Tuesday 11 March, the final booking date (or earlier if we sell out beforehand), we will email all guests individually with their menu options, so it is important that each has a unique email address and phone number. And of course, when booking, please double check that these are correct!
Complete the booking form with the requested details for you and your friends. Finally, follow the booking form through to the payment page where payment can be made in the usual online way.
Once payment has been received, we will automatically acknowledge receipt or your order and payment.
If after booking you wish to visit the same restaurants as other friends who have also booked, please email us at info@marlowtastes.menu with their details. We can put together a Friend’s Group of up to 12 guests in total who will visit the same restaurants. Whilst those in your Booking Group will sit at the same table in each restaurant you visit, we cannot guarantee that all those in your Friend’s Group will also be able to sit at the same table.
The final booking date is Tuesday 11 March, but we suggest that you book as soon as possible to secure your places. Last year we sold out within three weeks.
What happens after I have booked?
Soon after we close our bookings, we will email each of your Booking Group the three menu options for each of the three courses. But in doing so, we will not reveal the restaurants you will be visiting.
Each menu option will be fully described and clearly indicate allergens, so make sure you consider this before making your choices. We will require your choices to be emailed to us within two weeks of your receipt of menu options.
Just prior to the big day we will email all guests with detailed instructions including confirmation of your menu choices and your unique guest number which helps us identify you on the evening. If you have any questions, simply email us at: info@marlowtastes.menu.
